Delete your account
To delete your UyGo account and the personal data linked to it, confirm your phone number with a code from the Telegram bot or the app.
In the app
- Open the UyGo app
- Go to Profile → Settings
- Tap “Delete account” and confirm
What happens
- Your account is deleted immediately and irreversibly once the code is confirmed: addresses, devices and other personal data are removed and all sessions are signed out.
- Past orders are kept anonymized, with no link to you.
- If you have an active order, complete or cancel it first.
