Where does UyGo operate?
For now, in several districts of Tashkent. Enter your address in the app to see nearby shops and whether delivery is available.
How much does delivery cost?
The price is shown on the order card in the chat before you confirm. There are no hidden fees.
What if the shop is out of an item?
The courier suggests an alternative in the chat with the price difference. If you agree it is swapped, otherwise the item is removed from the order.
How can I pay?
In cash or by card to the courier on delivery, or in the app with Payme and Click.
How do I connect my shop?
Apply with the “Become a partner” button on this page. Our manager will contact you and explain the terms.
How do I delete my account?
In the app under Profile → Settings, or on the Delete account page by confirming your phone number.
